As a designer I want to understand different points of view and genuinely find design solutions that are valuable for everyone they effect. I wish to provide some inspiration and practical ideas on how to build a successful service that customers love.
Linda works at Gofore as a Service Designer, specifically with new operating model and digital services design.
Linda’s background stems from design (MA in Leadership and Service Design). She has extensive experience and knowledge in service, brand communications and product design.

Juho will go through practical examples on how to create user-friendly and accessible digital services which help people make more informed decisions and reach their goals. The first real world pointer is quite simple: always aim to involve the end-users from day one and seek to understand their day-to-day needs and pain points.
Juho Vainio is a designer at Silo AI and works as the tech & design advisor of CYF Digital, a company focusing on creating digital services that aid people find best places to live and integrate into. In his work he helps create user-driven applications and digital service platforms based on well validated real-world needs and user research.
