DigiReactor

As the spring term has ended, the first group of attendees participating the DigiReactor Coaching set has finalised their journey. A virtual ice-cream cone to each of you!

A lot has been learned during the spring. Based on the surveys in the beginning and in the end of the journey, we can say that the participants have, actually, learned more than they originally expected about and through the following activities:

  • entrepreneurial skills such as being creative and spotting opportunities, putting the ideas into action and mobilising resources,
  • dialogical skills such as feeling empathy, respecting others’ ways of thinking and questioning your own assumptions,
  • putting oneself into the shoes of your target customers,
  • identifying stakeholders relevant for your own project, and
  • using collaborative tools.

In addition to those, they have learned also to develop the technical solution and to ensure the economic viability of their digital service idea. Since those were the skills many came to look for, no big surprises there. But we are actually a little bit proud of being able to jointly find a new state of mind, where we approach the service design problems in a more user-centred manner that we did a couple months earlier.

With these fabulous take-aways, it is really a pleasure to start a next and renewed round of DigiReactor activities. We will start the well-liked Thursdays’ breakfast events already September 1st at SparkUp. Stay tuned and follow our Facebook and LinkedIn channels for the updates!

Meanwhile — Have a Happy and Relaxing Summer!
